PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: He was born with telepathy, teleportation, telekinesis, psychic healing, and the ability to create illusions and hallucinations... But he's also never actually had to go toe-to-toe with another psychic. Someone more experienced, or who takes him unawares, has a big edge over him. Also for this reason, if your character has the ability to perceive people's powers, any of this is fair game.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's scarred up from street fighting. Appears physically fit and muscled, although he's still kinda scrawny and somewhat physically weaker than it seems he should be, potentially due to his psychic affinity.

DEMEANOUR: He's an edgy troublemaker 90s toku protagonist.
I have no idea what height to give him. "Shorter than Matsu" doesn't mean anything because Matsu is like 6'5" or smth. Let's say 5'6"/167cm?? The hair compensates for a lot.
(edit: wait I can figure this out. Matsu is a reference to muhomatsu no issho with Toshiro Mifune as the lead. How tall was Mifune. internet says his height is either 5'7.5" or 5'9" because modern internet is useless, let's say 5'9"/175cm. OK, 5'4"/162cm for Akira works great then.)
